Health System Care provides health and wellness management services, including but not limited to general medical care, health screenings, cardiology, nutrition counseling, dental care, and anti-aging treatments. Our services are intended for informational and healthcare purposes. We provide both in-person consultations at our Maryland facility and telehealth services where legally permitted.

The content provided on our website and through our services is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. 4. User Accounts & Responsibilities

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

5. Appointments, Cancellations & Refunds

• Booking: Appointments are subject to availability. Confirmation will be sent via email or SMS.
• Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
• Refunds: Membership packages and prepaid services are subject to our refund policy. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase and are processed at our discretion, minus any services already rendered.

6. Payment Terms

You agree to pay all charges associated with your selected services or subscription plans. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways. We reserve the right to change our pricing upon 30 days' written notice to existing members. All fees are quoted in US Dollars (USD).

7. Intellectual Property

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms will remain in full force and effect.
